小螺波 XIAO LUO BO

螺螄粉來自廣西柳州的平民風味小吃，是一碗簡單的米粉，有著不簡單的工序。

以特有的米線，加上酸筍、木耳、花生、油炸腐竹、酸豆角、青菜等經典配料，靈魂湯頭選用石螺、豬大骨，每日熬煮至少六小時而成，辣度和油度則因應台灣人口味微調，誕生這碗具有酸、辣、鮮、爽、燙，風味迷人的小螺波螺螄粉。
