園區很寬闊，有一點高低段差，有涼亭可供休息。到處都可眺望基隆嶼，爬上一小段陡峭階梯後可以看到截然不同的風景。

雖然基隆燈塔未開放參觀但可順路拜訪它。旁邊是看海的好地點，還可以看到大型物流機具運作以及頻繁的貨船進出。對於出身南投的麗珠來說非常新鮮有趣。

在這裡看到的基隆嶼好像比較大一點點。另外還有很多飛天掃把和超大鸚鵡螺溜滑梯可供拍照，現場也有一些食物攤位，海景臭豆腐吃起來特別浪漫。
